In February, a total of 363 homes were sold in the Waterloo Region via the Multiple Listing Service® (MLS®) System of the Cornerstone Association of REALTORS® (Cornerstone). This represents a 26.1 per cent decrease compared to the same period last year and a decline of 38.8 per cent compared to the average number of homes sold in the previous ten years for the same month.

This represents a 12.0 per cent decrease compared to the same period last year and a decline of 18.6 per cent compared to the average number of homes sold in the previous ten years for the same month.
WATERLOO REGION, ON (January 6, 2025) —There were 6,777 homes sold through the Multiple Listing Service® (MLS®) System of the Cornerstone Association of REALTORS® (Cornerstone) in 2024, an increase of 2.8 per cent compared to 2023, and a decline of 18.9 per cent compared to the previous 5-year average for annual sales.
