The Residential Stats Charts below are based on live data from the Multiple Listing Service® (MLS®) System of WRAR. You may notice that some numbers are slightly different from what you have seen in previously reported market updates; this is because the information provided in these charts is refreshed on a regular basis, using the most current numbers from our MLS® system.
